School is over for me! 4 monthes of vacation! Amazing.

And guess what?

I have my final 40 second animation on youtube.

It features a character I created just for the class: Basil Cadaver the sophisticated college professor zombie.

I had a good first year. I think I lucked out. I made a slew of new friends and awesome classmates whom compared to classmates from highschool are sooooooo much cooler. I mean I was in an animation class. What kinda kids do you think are into animation? They weird shy kids who were never good at sports or did crazy things...and asians.
My teachers were all great, with a few exceptions but w/e.

Now off to start commissions!

hawhaw sweet. You did a good 43 seconds I see of an animation!.. we did a lot too. except we did exercises first [like ball bounces, tails, floursacks, etc..what did you have to do?], to get the 12 principles of animation down first then our final one was character walk. I still got another semester to go of traditional animation in the fall, but i'll also be starting 3D class and learning Maya [oh joy.. i am so afraid of that], but yeahhhh, woooo we survived first year!! XD
